Because of waiting for parts to arrive, Chip personally charged my current system to ensure my AC was comfortable until installation. The crew showed up on time as promised and worked as true professionals from laying floor protections to final clean up. Thought our thermostat needed replacing. Was referred to coastal cooling solutions by our electrician. Brian arrived that afternoon and discovered a clogged drainage pipe, which kept turning off the AC system. A simple fix and no thermostat replacement. Responsive, honest, and informative. So impressed we signed up for a service plan.

The first encounter was Heidi who was a pleasure to work with for our initial appointment for an estimate to have a split unit for our lanai. We were able to get an appointment within a day. Chip arrived who was friendly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss all the details and within a few hours he had an estimate for us to review. Once we accepted the estimate Michele reached out to help send all the necessary details to our HOA. We then set up a day for installation which went very smoothly. This company is so professional. They came to do an annual maintenance on my air conditioners. They were thorough they went above and beyond. We found a family a baby possums under my house. The service person gently repositioned them and continued with this work. I found this to be amazing. I was very pleased with the photos they took before and after, so they were able to show me what they had done, this is their common protocol. They also wore slippers in the house, very customer focused. I’m so pleased I’ve signed up for the annual contract, they service my units four times a year. Great company very professional.

From the time I contacted the office to when the first technician came to home everything surpassed my expectations. My installation went flawless and the men took extra time to cover all the rugs and floors. While my air was out Chip brought my 2 window units for my house as the temperature was 86 degrees. I would not hesitate to contract them for any work on my unit going forward.

They went above and beyond and I believe didn’t charge me half of what they should’ve. We needed a replacement blower for our stove downdraft. The worker arrived on time and staged the work which couldn't be completed by one person. A follow up was scheduled for 2 days later.
